Adjustment to life is having the resilience to live, love and work....the process can occur just about anywhere.

BENEFITS OF TELE-THERAPY:

  • Tele-therapy is face to face therapy in the privacy of your own home or office.  Feeling more comfortable in a place that is most familiar allows individuals to experience the work of therapy in a location that feels right to them.
  • Tele-therapy is excellent for people who travel often, or students who are at school for a semester and then move home for summer months and holidays.
  • Tele-therapy has no transportation difficulties and eliminates the cost of gas/tolls/parking.
  • Tele-therapy is beneficial for caregivers, or new parents who cannot leave their family members/children alone.
  • Tele-therapy reduces missed visits due to illness and is an ideal solution for medically fragile patients.
  • Tele-therapy allows for more scheduling flexibility. Even though weekly session times are scheduled, sometimes cancelations occur, and because time is saved with commuting, I offer convenient evening and sometimes weekend appointments during times offices would not be open.
  • Tele-therapy allows for couples treatment to be more convenient.
  • Tele-therapy is economical. Without the overhead of an office, I can offer a reduction in my fee.
